Merant PVCS Tracker External Tracking Tool Add-in


The Merant PVCS Tracker External Tracking Tool add-in replaces the TestDirector Defects module with the Merant PVCS Tracker external tracking tool. This enables you to use your preferred defect tracking tool, while using TestDirector for test requirements, planning, and execution.

Installation Instructions:

  1. Install Merant PVCS Tracker on your TestDirector server machine.
  2. Uninstall any previous versions of this add-in. To uninstall, choose Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and follow the instructions on your screen.
  3. Click Download Add-in to download and install this add-in on your TestDirector server machine. Note that to install this add-in, you must log in with administrator privileges.

Versions supported: Merant PVCS Tracker 7.1 with TestDirector 8.0 Enterprise Edition Service Pack 2.
